Hot off the presses! The second Instramentaclees album in 2011, "Switchblade" is now available.

Sexy, huh? Well, so is the music within. Switchblade features eight new sand-in-your-crotch tunes to satisfy any instrumental lover's itch. Low-Fi continues - rock 'n roll is alive and well yes, without vocals and true to Instramentaclees philosophy - no bass. Well, there are two tunes with appropriate low-end but alas, nowhere near as captivating as the beauty above.

                    The Oracle of Low -FI

The "Oracle of Low-Fi" by Instramentaclees is the latest CD to grace the CatErratic library. An 8-song instrumental montage with one vocal track and a reprise of said vocal track.  Instramentaclees who is not Greek but is however highly influenced by Ancient Greek culture, that is, until he went out west and explored Las Vegas and became totally corrupt, plays guitar and drums. In fact, all the songs on the upcoming album are electric guitar and drums, sans bass. The CD opens with "On The Way To Pahrump" and "The Ride Home" - apparently dedicated to a good friend and partner in mayhem. Both songs are available upon request as a single that Caterratic released earlier this year or in complete CD form. The CD can be heard and purchased from CDbaby here -

and will be in the Itunes library very shortly. Another track on the CD is entitled, "Liberty (Quentin Tarantino's Theme)" - a dark, haunting tune with dual guitars. So, if any of you out there know how to track down Quentin, please write to us and let us know.  I'm sure Instramentaclees would be much obliged. We've heard the track and it belongs in a Tarantino film.

Stay tuned to some very exciting instro music.
